Terms of Business for collecting the car:
By collecting the car you need to present us the document or a Identification Card. A waiting time may be expected by collecting the car. The parking price is calculated from the day and time of leaving the car, until the day and time collecting the car. We are not responsible if you are late or way to early for pick-up.
Complaints:
By collecting the car you have to declare any damage right away. We refuse any later incoming complaints. If the office is closed, you can declare it with the emergency-phone. The Emergency-Phone located by the Keybox is attended until 23:50h.
For damage that occurs through fire, water, vandalism, robbery, hail, a.s.o., you have to declare this at first to your own insurance. We are not responsible for personal belongings inside the car except you have declared them.
